Ardale Shepherd originally applied with Discover Staffing in
February 2001 looking for an opportunity that would allow her to work and go to
school. Not only is she a Theater major, she is also active in her local
theater. She worked a 3 month assignment and returned to school. Ardale came
back to Discover Staffing in September 2006 and immediately started on an
assignment. She left within a month for family reasons, and returned in
November 2012. She worked a 5 month assignment and then took some time off. She
came back in October 2013 and has been working temporary assignments in between
her school schedule ever since.
